Shipping and Receiving Your Order
If the temperature at the delivery destination is over 90 degrees we recommend that you wait until cooler weather before placing your order.
A note about additional shipping fees on our chocolates:Returning customers will see we have added additional shipping fees for orders. This is due to the unfortunate difficulties facing the USPS. We have relied on USPS for years to deliver in 2-3 days at an economical rate, however, during these difficult times we have changed to UPS 2-3 Day (AK +HI will ship USPS Priority) and the cost of shipping is considerably higher. On-time delivery of our chocolates is of upmost importance to us. We hope you understand and thank you!

Our chocolates are very perishable. If we receive your order Wednesday through Saturday we may wait until the following Monday to ship so that the chocolates are not in-transit over the weekend.
We have a great track record for our products arriving at their destination right on time, but due to inclement weather or other delays the exact day of arrival cannot be guaranteed. Currently, UPS has suspended all service guarantee during the Covid pandemic. Please keep in mind that in-transit times may be longer during holidays or winter months.
We take great care and pride in properly packaging orders, and always take weather conditions into consideration when preparing your order for shipment.
Preparing for Delivery of Your Chocolates
Chocolate is sensitive to heat. Please make sure your product will not be left outside in a warm place. In warm weather, if no one is available to take delivery of the order, it is advisable to have a cooler and ice with a note for the delivery person to place the product inside the cooler.
Damages & Refunds
We do not accept returns on our products.
If your purchase arrives damaged, please send us an email within 2 days of delivery. If possible, include a picture of the damage. Chocolates damaged in transit will be replaced, or your money will be refunded. Please do not return the products unless requested.
Sorry, No refunds on melted chocolates if they have been left outside by USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Chocolate Storage and Shelf Life
Chocolate truffles (bonbons) taste best when they are fresh. If not consuming within a day or two, refrigerate until use. The "Use By" date on the chocolates is for 3 weeks after leaving our facility. Always bring chocolates to room temperature before enjoying. We are proud to make a fresh chocolate product with premium ingredients, and no preservatives.
Chocolate Bark may be stored up to 3 months, well covered, in a cool area.
Solid chocolate figurines may be stored for 2+ months, well covered at moderate room temperature.
